Track Of The Day: Animat - Earplay (The Only Michael's Ambient Mix)

An enthralling, magnetic piece of tranquility, from the Animat album 'The Last Man'. Released on the Disco Gecko label, it features remixes of music adapted from their acclaimed live soundtrack to the Vincent Price film “The Last Man On Earth”.

Musicians, producers and DJs Mark Daly and Michael Harding have been working together as Animat since 2005, specialising in developing and performing new soundtracks to existing cult films.
The 1964 post-apocalyptic horror fantasy "The Last Man On Earth" was remade in 2007 as “I Am Legend”, starring Will Smith.
