One of the best new bands of recent years, and one who I discovered a few weeks ago on Steve Lamacq's excellent afternoon show on BBC 6Music. Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever are a five-piece indie band from Australia whose debut album 'Hope Downs' was released last month on the Sub Pop label. Featuring lots of crisp jangly guitars and a liely pace, the majorly catchy 'Talkin Straight' is one of the LP's highlights..
