James Blake is one of those artists with the sort of distinctive vocal style that can either be alluring or grating, depending on your ear. Maybe that's the reason I never really warmed to any of the previous material of his that I have heard. But the haunting beauty of 'Don't Miss It' is something that's too good for me to resist. Filled with claustrophobic sadness and watery piano that evokes the sense of drowning, this track was released just over a month ago back in May.
