Standing At The Sky's Edge is the seventh studio album from musician Richard Hawley, released on 07 May 2012. The album is markedly different to Hawley's previous efforts, advancing from softer instrumentation to Hawley's heritage of guitars. As with all of Hawley's previous albums, the title refers to a location in his native Sheffield, Sky Edge, an area famed for its high crime rate. 'Standing At The Sky's Edge' debuted at number three in the UK album chart, which is Hawley's highest charting album to date.
