REWIND: Bok Bok - 'Come Back To Me'

Although the ridiculous amount of reissues didn't do this year's Record Store Day any favours, it was an entirely different matter when when the Captured Tracks label re-released this forgotten gem from 1980. 'Come Back To Me' is a melodically infectious bit of post-punk pop, exactly the sort of thing you'd expect from a member of the Buzzcocks, in this case bassist Steve Garvey. With The Fall's former drummer Karl Burns, they recruited singer Dave Price to provide vocals on this, their only 7 inch single, which was backed by B side 'Misfit'.
