Here's another one of those Rewind tracks that I'm featuring as a spur-of-the-moment choice. The Britpop Revival group I am part of on Facebook (HERE) have just posted a video of the Hurricane #1 song 'Only The Strongest Will Survive'. For those of you who don't know, Hurricane #1 were the band that Andy Bell formed after Ride, and the band that he broke up in order to join Oasis in 2000. From 1998 here is their superb 'Rising Sign', a single that features some stellar guitar work from Mr Bell. The full-length version too. There's a cracking My Bloody Valentine remix of this on the B side to 'The Greatest High'. And from 2011, here is a picture of me and the song's author...
