REWIND: Shed Seven - 'Getting Better'

Another classic single from 20 years ago. This time it's the first song that I ever heard from York-based indie legends Shed Seven. 'Getting Better' was the second single from their second album 'A Maximum High'. Capturing the excitement of the Britpop era, the song spent a total of 3 weeks in the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number 14 in January 1996.

Since splitting up in 2003, the band reformed in 2007 and have continued to play live ever since, despite not releasing any new material yet...
