So today (June 20th 2012) is the legendary Brian Wilson's 70th birthday. In honour of the great man, today's 'Song For Today' HAS to be something from him. but since The Beach Boys have already featured as 'Song For Today' a while ago with 'Do It Again', it means that one of Brian's solo works is going to have to feature instead. However this isn't quite a Brain solo work, since it is a re-recorded version of his timeless Beach Boys classic 'God Only Knows', sounding almost as sublime as the original 'Pet Sounds' version from 1966...
