By now many of you will be familiar with my '1 To Z' feature. I'm gradually building up an epic series of songs from every single band and artist in my collection, also playing one each week on my radio show The BPS Broadcast. That's the plan anyway. Although theyre not strictly featured alphabetically, I'm just featuring a load of artists from the A section, ticking them off one by one. Here's Alabama Shakes, with an achingly soulful offering from the 2012 album 'Boys And Girls'. The LP was released on April 9 2012, peaking at number 8 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and number 3 on the UK Albums Chart.
